Return Eligibility

You may return unused and unopened scented candles within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • The candle must be in its original condition and packaging
  • The candle must not have been lit or used
  • You must provide proof of purchase
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Candles that have been lit or used
  • Custom or personalized candles
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned candle, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a candle for a different scent or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your credit card company, as processing may take time
  • Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
